Bob Earl
Co-Founder and President
After several years in various supervisory roles in the construction industry,
Bob decided to join Mike High in founding Casa Linda Remodeling. His knowledge
and experience is unsurpassed in the building community, and he continues to
play an integral leadership role in San Antonio’s remodeling community. Bob is a
driving creative force and is heavily involved in design and construction for
clients.

Co-Founder, Vice

Armed with a
Finance degree from Texas A&M, Mike spent several years in executive management
for companies in the engineering and construction industries. From there he
started his own company, purchasing and improving residential properties for
resale. He saw a decided lack of qualified home remodelers, so he joined forces
with Bob Earl in 1987 to form Casa Linda Remodeling. His primary focus is on
managing the day-to-day operations of Casa Linda.

The Casa
Linda Team
While Mike and Bob oversee the day-to-day operations to assure quality, each
project involves a team effort, from the initial design and bid, throughout the
construction, to the finished project. Our team of designers, project managers,
superintendents, production managers, carpenters and painters are all employees
with an average of over five years tenure with Casa Linda, and with an average
experience of 22 years in the industry. We don't subcontract any of our
management responsibilities, so all of our project managers, superintendents and
finish carpenters and painters are employees. That gives us complete control
over finished product. All of our employees go through an extensive background check before they can become a member of
our team.
Subcontractors
We do hire
subcontractors for specialty work. Any subcontractors Casa Linda hires must meet
strict standards, and on average, our subcontractors have been with us for 7
years, and have over 20 years of experience.
